When creating a new session from XEA and associating it with a single Requirement, users must be able to choose if a sub-Test Execution issue must be created instead

When creating a new Test Session from XEA and associating it with a single Requirement issue, there must be a checkbox for the user to choose if a Sub-Test Execution will be created instead of a Test Execution issue.

The Sub-Test Execution issue will be created beneath the Requirement issue.
