As a user, I should be able to create new issues with Required Custom Fields

If a Test, Test Execution or Defect issue types have mandatory custom fields in Jira, a user cannot create it on XEA, that should be possible.

• Support create new tests with mandatory/required custom fields
• Support create new issues with mandatory/required custom fields
• Support create new defects with mandatory/required custom fields

Possible Standard custom fields (advanced custom fields will not be supported at this time):

• Checkboxes
• Date pickers
• Date time pickers
• Labels
• Number fields
• Radio Buttons
• Select lists
• Text fields
• URL fields
• User pickers
• Group pickers
• Project pickers
• Version pickers

User pickers and Group pickers won't be supported at this time.
