Using a Execution Project as a Starting Point for a New Session

If an instance has the Test Executions set for project A and the Tests defined on a project B, XEA does not allow to Start a New Session from project A, as it does not have the Test issue type defined. This should be improved, as there can be different Testing Structures for several instances depending on several factors.
