When trying to export a charter, the saving operation does not progress past task 1 of 2.

The app has been used outside Jira.
When a session is created and then exported, the process is not ended.

Root cause:

This happens because XEA on Windows uses the printing service to generate the PDF report. If that service is disabled or not configured the issue happens.

Solution: 

In windows, you always need to have the Print Spooler service running in order to generate the pdf report.
