Link Defect to a Test from a Project without Bug on Defect Mapping

Description
If you start a Test from a Project without Bug on the Defect Mapping (Requirement Project), then if you try to Link Defect it will not show any issues to associate.

Pre-conditions
Create a Project without the Bug on the Defect Mapping.

How to reproduce

1. Start a session on XEA
2. Add a note to the Timeline
3. Click on Edit -> Add Defect -> Link Defect
4. Search by a Bug issue key or summary

Actual result/Attachments
No matching issues were found. Please try a different query.

Expected result
It should present search results from the Projects with Bug defined on the Defects Mapping because you might be running the Test from a Requirements Project and want to link to a Bug from a Defects Project.
