Defects created during a session should have a link on the PDF report

Whenever generating the PDF report, if defects were created during the session, the defect issue key is mentioned in bold but there's no link to Jira; it should be a link.

Note: this should apply to other types of issues, besides defects, that can be created during the testing sessions
