When Exploratory App is connected to Xray Server/DC and Test Plan is defined as mandatory field, XEA is not able to create Issues

Description
When creating a defect from a screenshot/video/audio freezes the application.

Preconditions
Connected to Xray Server.

Test Plan is defined as a mandatory custom field

How to reproduce

1. Define Test Plan as a mandatory field on Jira Server/DC

2.Connect XEA to Jira/Xray instance

3. Start Session

4. Select Add Issue or Add Defect

5. Create an Issue:

The application gets frozen, at Task 1 of 3 of Creating Issue
