When attaching the screenshot to Test step while executing Tests with XEA, the screenshots in the generated Test Session PDF are partially or fully greyed out

Description

When using the XEA to execute a test, a Test Session PDF is automatically created and added to the Xray test. The screenshots in the Test Session PDF are not showing up properly. They are either partially or completely greyed out.
Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. In Test Execution, click on Execute with Exploratory app for a Test
2. Start Session
3. Select a window
4. Go to Steps and click on Attach picture Icon
5. Click on Save once screenshot is taken
6. Click on End Session and Submit Test Run
7. Now, go to the Test run screen and open the Test Session PDF added under Execution Evidence

Actual result/Attachments

The screenshots in the Test Session PDF are greyed out

Expected result

The screenshots should appear correctly **
