Decrease loading time for Tabs (Test, Steps, Timeline)

When the user switches between the desktop app tabs (Test, Steps, Timeline), it takes sometime to load the contents for that tabs, specially for 'Test'.

This can be seen in the attached video.

This is one of the performance improvement areas to be made.
