When writing a note mid session, we experience slow input registration

Description
When I am writing a note in the middle of a session, I experience lag in writing the words. The faster I type the more the delay is present.

Pre-conditions

Have XEA connected to a cloud or D/C instance

How to reproduce

1. Start a new session
2. Fill in the required fields
3. Start session
4. Click Create to create issues
5. select a record window
6. With the session now running click "Take a note"

Actual result/Attachments

When writing text in the note box, it is slow to display the inputs and the faster we type the slower it gets.

Expected result
Writing should be fluid and not feel slow
