Problem syncing lock statuses across sessions

Description
When having two users working inside the same XEA workspace at the same time, it seems the session locks do not properly sync without manual page refreshes. The potential issue is that if a user does not remember to manually refresh the page before continuing a session, the app may allow parallel executions of that session

Pre-conditions{}

Have an XEA shared workspace;

Have two users working simultaneously;

Have multiple sessions;

How to reproduce

1. User 1 locked session 1 in the workspace
2. User 1 ends session 1 and unlocks it
3. User 1 starts session 2 and locks it
4. User 2 without refreshing the page tries to start session 1, says it is lock
5. User 2 starts session 2 
6. Lets the user open XEA and start session 2

Actual result/Attachments

The second user can open the locked session and unable to open the unlocked session

Expected result

The sessions would be synced and the user could work on session 1 and not open session 2
