Missing notification for unconfigured instance during test execution when the XEA desktop app is in Standalone mode

When executing tests from Xray/Jira connection, while the desktop app is in standalone mode and  not configured to a specific instance, there is no notification indicating the unconfigured instance.  additionally, the desktop app remains on the same page without any further action.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the desktop app
2. Connections > Standalone mode
3. Attempt to execute test from the xray/Jira connection (without configuring a connection in XEA connections)
4. Observe the absence of any notification indicating the unconfigured instance and the desktop app remaining on the same page

Actual result:

No notification popup is displayed and the desktop app remains on the same page without any further action

Expected result:

The application should display a notification or popup dialog alerting the user about the unconfigured instance.
