We should disable the dropdown box when we are adding a new File Server

We should disable the dropdown box when we are adding a new File Server for the case when the user doesn't have any confluence associated.

This can be considered an improvement, to make our add-on coherent with the same methodology that already exists for the case when we don't have templates on the schedule reports management.
