Improve the way how timeSpentFormatted field is printed. It should use my selected language

As an user, I want to get the mapping in the current language (German) of my JIRA profile.
For example:

This mapping will return, for example, "2 hours, 15 minutes."
As you can see in the example above, this mapping will return a value in English instead of German
