Export structure from issue context

Xporter should provide a way to export the structure information present on the issue screen.
It might include a way to define the number of parents of the issue on the structure hierarchy to export (all if not defined).
It might include a way to define the number of children of the issue on the structure hierarchy to export (none if not defined).
