When exporting a field with HTML renderer, other fields on the same paragraph aren't properly resolved

As seen on attached template, having the following example:

%{‘${html:myHtmlField}’.substring(0,3)}-${Key}

the output doesn't respect the javascript operation (substring) neither resolves the Key placeholder.
