As a user i can iterate the test run responsible for the Latest Status of a Test from a Test Plan

Currently, when exporting the details of test runs from Tests contained in a Test Plan, I can't distinguish which one induced the Test Latest Status.

I want to be able to directly identify and iterate all the details from that specific test run.
