As a user, I'm unable to export from Structure when I'm not admin

As a user, I'm unable to export from Structure Add-on when I'm not an admin.
When a user goes to the Structure page and select the option "Export" the drop-down appears however but no reacts.
Steps to reproduce the error:
1) Create a new user on the User management page
2) Log in with this new user
3) Create a Structure and try to export with Xporter for JIRA
