When using Excel template to export PDF long text information is cut

When using an Excel template to export PDF and Excel, the results is not the same if there are fields with a lot of text information.
In the case of Excel, the rows extend to show all the information of the field while in the PDF the height of the row stays fixed and the text is cut (not showing all content as it happens in Excel).

How-to reproduce:

1. Use template TestRU.xlsx (in attachment)
2. Fill the Description field with a lot of text
3. Export to Excel and PDF (examples of both outputs also in attachment)
