As an user, I'm able to export from XLSX when I have this option disabled

In order to reproduce this error, follow the next steps:

1. Create a new filter on your issue screen
2. Go to the Global Settings and disable the option "Enable XLSX option from Export Menu (Issue Navigator)"
3. Go back to the issue screen and select the filter created on the first step
4. You're able to export from XLSX with the option disabled

Furthermore, check also the following options:

• Enable Xporter for JIRA option from Export Menu (Issue Detail)
• Enable XLSX option from Export Menu (Issue Navigator)
• Enable Xporter for JIRA option from Export Menu (Issue Navigator)
