As a user, I'm able to use Outputformats unchecked on Global Settings

In order to reproduce this error, please follow the next steps:

1. Go to the global settings and disable some output formats
2. Go to the Schedule Reports and add a new Schedule
3. When you add a template, you're able to use output formats unchecked on the first step
