As an Administrator of Xporter I would like to restrict the "Xporter Reports" to groups

As an Administrator of Xporter I would like to restrict the menu item "Xporter Reports" to specific projects or groups.
Add a new configuration option to the Xporter reports.
You should be able to add multiple groups or projects
Only one of this option should be checked in order to show the Xporter Reports
