Filter Name Not Displayed

When attempting to use the ${FilterName} field in our template the value never appears.  This only fails when the mapping is located outside of the issue iteration; when placed within the iteration the value appears.

As this value is only needed once per export, it would be helpful to display this value at the top of a report, outside of any issue iterations.

When the filter name contains spaces it shows %20.
