Description
This is very important for us to be able to use the feature in JSD that allows you to use a common Issue Type for multiple Customer Request Types and report off of them. Without it, we will have to create multiple unique but related issue types
ACs:
- A new field must be provided in order to print the Request Type
- If the configuration has: Request Type = Problem and the internal issue type is Bug, the result of ${Request Type} must be Problem.
