As a user, I need to add Customer Request Type (JSD field) to reports

    Description

      This is very important for us to be able to use the feature in JSD that allows you to use a common Issue Type for multiple Customer Request Types and report off of them.  Without it, we will have to create multiple unique but related issue types

       

      ACs:

      • A new field must be provided in order to print the Request Type
        • If the configuration has: Request Type = Problem and the internal issue type is Bug, the result of ${Request Type} must be Problem.
