I cannot arrange the layout of multiple issues

I am trying to create an excel template that lists out all the subtasks of an issue with their QR codes shown next to them. However, I could not get them to line up properly in the template. I looked into the xporter academy but I could not come up with a solution. Help would be much appreciated.
