When uploading documents with an existing directory with the same name, JIRA Hangs and CPU goes to 100%

A customer as reported that his JIRA goes to 100% CPU when uploading templates. After some investigation, we have discovered that inside JIRA_HOME/ExporterTemplates he had directories with the same name as templates (Ex: Directory Sample.docx). Those directories were causing the problem.

Xporter should detect that problem and provide an error instead of going to 100% CPU usage).
