After click on back to issue navigator the stored filter info is lost

The option 'Back to issue navigator' is not working properly
If the user has defined a filter with specific columns and if he tries to export or back to issue navigator in order to list the issues the user will lose the filter Id on the URL and the columns specified for the current filter

Please, be aware, this error occurs if the user select the option 'Back to issue navigator' or if the user exports and then returns to the issue navigator
