Send report post function doesn't work properly

In order to reproduce the error, please, check the following steps:

• Add a template Docx
• Add the default format PDF
• Create a new post function Send Report

Result: The post function will have Docx on the output format instead of the default output format PDF.

Expected Result: The post function should have PDF as default output format
