Description
SLA information is not displayed on Scheduled Reports. When you export an SLA field, like
${Time to first response} or ${Time to resolution}
the fields are empty.
There's a problem with the duration format function. It is calculating the SLA fields with 1d = 24h.
Also, we could change the way we're getting the SLA information using the Service Desk API.
