As an Admin, I can configure which outputs are available by template

Output format, default output format and page break must be moved to Template level. These values must be available on create and edit template action.

Upgrade Task: All templates must have the same output format selected on global settings and must respect the output format depending on template type.

Note: Output format must be dependent on template format, for instance, Excel templates only have xlsx and pdf output formats.
