When all templates are assigned to an Issue type, the "Assign Templates" option should disappear

While managing a Permission Scheme, after assigning all the available templates to an Issue Type, the Assign Template option should disappear, like it already happens when all the available Issue Types, Roles and Groups allowed to use Xporter for JIRA are selected. Otherwise, a dialog like the one from screenshot-1 will be displayed.
