Xporter should improve the way we are getting issues on Release Details

We should improve the way e are getting the issues on the release details board and instead of using DOM we should use the rest api:

We should have in attention the filters (Issues in Progress, Issues done, Issues to do)

Furthermore, we should get all the issues from the client side in order to improve our performance.
