We should maintain the same font size when Description contains PreFormatted text

We should maintain the same font size when Description contains PreFormatted text.

*Steps to reproduce the problem:

• • Go to an issue, and edit the Description with text and also with PreFormatted text.
• Create a new template to export the wiki:Description and define the FontSize = 9
• Generate the report

*Unexpected Result:
*The text added it will have font size = 9 but the text inside the noformat tag will have a fontSize=12.

*Expected Result:
*We should maintain the same font Size for both texts as defined on the Template
