      Currently:

      Global settings (Include Attachments) = ON => Extraction (word/pdf) include attachments
      Global settings (Include Attachments) = OFF => Depends template (Attach Files)

      • If Template (Attach Files) = ON => Extraction (word/pdf) include attachments
      • If Template (Attach Files) = OFF => Extraction not include attachments

      Update to:

      Global settings (Include Attachments) = OFF => Extraction not include attachments
      Global settings (Include Attachments) = ON => Depends template (Attach Files)

      • If Template (Attach Files) = ON => Extraction (word/pdf) include attachments
      • If Template (Attach Files) = OFF => Extraction not include attachments
