    Description

      On scheduled reports, we should have a helper when adding a JQL Query.

      When a user is inserting a JQL we should open help tips like in Jira search for issues feature.

      This help must provide a JQL validation mechanism to inform the user if the JQL is correct or not. The scheduled report can be saved if only the jql is valid.
