Xray TestRuns Step Defects are not being processed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Test with some steps
2. Create a Test Execution and add the test created
3. Execute the test and add defects on the execution and a defect per test step
4. Export the Test Execution using the template Test Execution Advanced with cover.
5. Check the values regarding defects.
