Templates should be listed with on a Dropdown with groups and headings

Xporter should change the way the templates are listed.
From now on, we will have a dropdown with groups (templates grouped by project) and headings (project and administration).

Furthermore, we should have the possibility to use the same template name.
Remove the prefix we are using.

Finally, change the value on the dropdown to template Id instead of the template name or filename.
