    Description

      Null Pointer Exception while verifying permission in bulk export.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Create a new permission scheme and associate a project to it (it can simply be a Project permission scheme)
      2. DON'T change the Permission Scheme permissions.
      3. Turn Enable All off
      4. Try to export this project issues in bulk export.
