    Description

      Bug: Jira admins can't access Xporter Project pages.

      What should occur:

      • Jira admins and Project admins must be able to access Xporter Project pages.
      • Project admins can't access (and edit) admin Scheduled/Templates/Schemes from the Xporter Project pages (by changing ids on the URL) a denied page should appear
      • Normal Users can't access any of these pages and a denied page should appear
