Some templates were not successfully migrated in version 6.0

Xporter is facing an error during templates migration.
In some cases, template scopes don't exist and during migration, we should validate this condition in order to avoid errors.

After performing the migration with errors, customers are unable to use Xporter as you can see on the image attached.
