Permission schemes aren't loading the projects label correctly

Steps to reproduce the error:

Define a new permission scheme and add only one project
Define the permissions for the newest scheme and you will notice an error on the property used.
Please check the attachment.

Expected Result:
We should have the following sentence: "Applied in 1 project"
