Description
Xporter isn't loading templates on Customer Portal for new users.
Steps to reproduce the error:
- Create a new user for JIRA Service Desk directly from Customer Portal
- Go to the Request List or Request Detail
- Select the Xporter option
- The Dialog will be loading
Expected Result:
- The Xporter should be work properly for all users.
