HTML renderer problem when inside a FOR loop

For this particular example you'll need one task and at least 4 sub-tasks.
When using html to render sub-tasks fields, the first printed issue never has it's field exported.
The DOCX attachment has a simple template to show this happening twice, the PDF is the exported result.
