Post Functions doesn't work in properly with Help Application

Post Functions doesn't work in properly with Help Help (a.k.a. Conditions Validator) Application

When you select the option Post Function Xporter Multi-Action, the blank page appears.

When you enter the PF create/edit page this page is empty.
