Xporter process goes into saving, stays long and lets cancel in dialog

When we export multi issues with the Sample Bulk Export template to any format, the process is soon saving and can be for a long time. If the dialog is open we can cancel even in saving.

Furthermore, the Dialog is not working properly (i.e.: Progress bar is not loading correctly)
