Xporter must have a new value "Status" on Scheduled Reports

Xporter must have a new entry on DB called "Status".
This new entry will be responsible to return if the cron expression is valid or not.

For example:
The user can have a cron expression which will run only one time.
After run the scheduled report, the user must be notified the cron expression is invalid.
