Some Xporter actions are not working when Jira has a context path defined.

When a user exports, the result is not found.

This happens because Xporter cannot handle the Jira context path.

All the environments with the Jira context path can't export from Issue Single Panel.

Furthermore, Xporter - My Exports are also affected.
