Improvement on Workflow Post Actions when some actions are already configured

After select once the action "Attach File", shouldn't be available when adding a new action because isn't possible to select twice the action"Attach File".

Review the same behaviour for Save in the Jira Host. The expected behaviour it to be possible to define more than one Save in Jira Host actions.
