Xporter is producing a large number of requests per user (pooling)

Xporter should improve the way we are getting the number of processes that are running in the background.

Currently, Xporter is making a REST call in order to get the processes to be displayed on the Xporter Badge.

Expected behavior:
We must have to avoid these repeated calls in order to avoid multiple requests for each instance
