Default Output format is not added when installing Xporter for the first time

Default Output format is not added when installing Xporter for the first time.

Single Issue Panel does not render. The workaround is to manually update a pre-installed template.

Steps to reproduce the error:

1. Create a new Jira environment locally
2. Install the version 6.2.4
3. Go to the Single Issue Panel
4. Xporter option will not render
